Which coach is right?
How much should my child compete?
When should we push, and when should we step back?
Is this a difficult phase, or a sign something needs to change?
Tennis can become emotional, expensive, and confusing very quickly.
This course is being created to give parents a clearer way to understand the long journey — not more pressure, not shortcuts, and not promises of quick results.
It is for families who want to support their child without getting lost in fear, comparison or short-term results.
01 — How Development Actually Works
Understand why progress is non-linear, why results between 12 and 15 can be misleading, how puberty disrupts performance and what truly compounds across a 10-year journey.
02 — How to Shape the Environment Around Performance
Learn how your reactions, emotions, communication and post-match behaviour affect your child’s confidence, recovery, freedom and relationship with competition.
03 — How to Protect Identity and Self-Worth
Understand how rankings, comparison, labels and adult expectations shape young players and how to build confidence that does not disappear after a loss.
04 — How to Build the Right Team
Learn what good coaching really looks like, how parents and coaches should work together, how to recognise when something is wrong and how to decide whether change is truly necessary.
05 — How to Make Better Competition Decisions
Learn how to balance tournaments, training, challenge, confidence and recovery while preparing a young player for the long-term demands of professional tennis.
06 — How to Think and Decide Like a Long-Term Parent
Bringing the entire course together through a practical decision-making framework that helps you diagnose instability, avoid emotional reactions and protect the conditions in which development can unfold.
The first launch will be limited to 20 families.
The Founding Cohort will include the full course plus one private 30-minute Parent Strategy Call with Sandra.
Waitlist members will receive early access before the course is announced publicly.
Once the 20 places are filled, the private call will no longer be included.
